-SURFING DATA in the website

When a user visits the site, the presence should remain completely anonymous. Some personal data is implicitly transmitted by using the Internet protocol.
The information is not collected to be associated with identified users, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, to identify users. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers used by users connecting to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) of requested resources, time of request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters regarding the operating system and computer environment. The personal data are supplied by the SITE only for the "contact request". The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of electronic mails to the addresses indicated on this website entails the subsequent acquisition of the sender, necessary to respond to requests, and of any other personal data included in the message.

Owners and Managers

The holder of personal data is Leone e ing. Russo e c srl. The controller in charge is identified by the DPsS released annually. Today, the responsible controller is Leone e ing. Russo e c srl, to which users can address their questions at any time to exercise their rights against the holder treatment under Article 7 of D.lgs.196 / 2003, by sending a request to that effect. Anyone who accesses and / or uses services on the website expressly agrees with the Leone e ing. Russo e c srl, the site and the terms are governed by Italian legal system and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Palermo.

Shipping and Delivery

The order will be processed with times ranging from 3 to 7 working days. Our couriers deliver during normal business hours (9-17). We advise you to choose a correct delivery address where On receipt of the goods, before withdrawing check, be sure that the packaging is intact, . Discover damage or the mismatch of the information, notify right away to the carrier and contact us immediately. We do not ship to Corsica and Greece.

Cancellation and Refund rights

The customer has the right to cancel the order within 14 (ten) days from the date of delivery. This right is the right to return goods purchased from the Leone e ing. Russo e c srl, and the resulting refund for the purchase price. The cancellation right does not apply to the supply of goods made to measure or custom. Within ten (10) days, the customer may cancel the contract without giving any reason. Receipt Acceptance Returning from our company, the customer has 14 (fifteen) days to send back the whole thing. The withdrawal must be notified to us by mail to info@leonerusso.com the cancellation is communicated by fax, must be confirmed within 48 (forty eight) hours after the fax letter. The notice shall contain a statement of intent to exercise the cancellation right, stating your order number, invoice number and customer code, such products should be subject to withdrawal (identifying them with the item number), and the bank on which obtain the transfer (IBAN). Our customer service receives a cancellation notification, then will communicate the acceptance Returns (a UNIQUE CODE that should be sent by email, printed, cut out, so you can send the whole item within the next fifteen (15) days.

By law (Law 185 of 22/05/1999), the return of goods is subject to the following conditions:
The products must be substantially intact (free of damage) the cost of delivery of the goods will be charged to the customer.
It is recommended, for the benefit of the client, to prepare the package with care by using suitable packaging (preferably originals) and for a courier or other means to allow the tracking of the shipment. The Leone e ing. Russo e c srl will refund the customer within 14 days of receipt of returned goods.

Order Status

Customers will be able to check the progress of their order by sending an e-mail to the following address: info@leonerusso.com with correct name and order number.

Content images

The images on the website are the company’s property. Any use of these images, not authorized by a written agreement of Leone e ing. Russo e c srl or Any misuse will be prosecuted according to the law.
Sometimes the images of products may not be relevant to the product for sale.

Service and Warranty

All products purchased on Leonerusso.com have a 12 month warranty, and the cost of shipping, when an intervention is required, is charged to the customer
